Maya leads our business development and partnerships work, executing external engagement and organisational development strategies that build strong, enduring and mutually reinforcing relationships with key experts and organisations across the global health R&D sector. As Gender Lead, she is also responsible for advising on the design and execution of gender-intentional research, external engagement, and internal operations, and co-leads a number of Impact Global Health’s sexual, maternal, women’s and gender-related health projects.
Maya offers specific technical expertise in sexual and reproductive health and a strong background in the not-for-profit health sector. She has extensive experience in policy and advocacy, partnership development, multi-million-dollar program design, and research and evaluation for reproductive health projects globally.
